What this website collects
The website itself does not create an account for you and does not store the information typed into the enquiry form on a website server. When you choose “Send via WhatsApp” or “Send via Email”, the website prepares a message and opens the relevant app on your device. The message is only sent when you choose to send it there.
Please avoid including highly sensitive health information in an initial website, WhatsApp or email enquiry. These channels are not intended for emergencies.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, the website uses Google Analytics to understand basic use of the site, such as which page was viewed, broad device information, general geographic area and whether a contact or language link was selected. This helps us improve information that visitors find useful.
Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. We do not intentionally send your name, telephone number, email address, enquiry message, selected support area or other clinical information to analytics. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed by clearing this site's browser storage or using the privacy settings shown on the website.
Contacting the centre
If you contact Side by Psych through WhatsApp, email, telephone or another external service, that service's privacy terms also apply. Information needed to respond to an enquiry or arrange an appointment will be handled for that purpose.

The website links to services such as WhatsApp, email, Instagram and Google Maps. Side by Psych is not responsible for the privacy practices of those separate platforms.
